Airline Liaison Services Provide general airline liaison office (ALO) services. The ALO represents the airlines' collective views while working for, or with, the airport to address the airline/airport relationship as a business partnership. The ALO function is intended to provide a common point of contact for the airport and the airlines to facilitate the constructive working relationship necessary to address many of the complex issues in the current aviation environment. These issues may include, but are not limited to financial or business practices, strategic financial issues, and capital development planning. July 2013

Incinerator Development Venture DIA will be seeking a company to operate and manage its twin incinerators. The twin incinerators are currently used for the disposal of dead animals, waste from overseas flights and drugs seized by law enforcement agencies. These twin incinerators could provide an alternative for waste disposal throughout Colorado, and DIA is looking for a company that is willing to turn these twin incinerators into a profit generating center for itself and DIA. IB/OB Pe?a Blvd Reconstruction - 2nd Creek to E470 Reconstruction of the existing concrete pavement. Project includes PCCP pavement, cable rail, edge drains and shouldering. There will be a full 2-lane detour including a 2 lane structure over Tower Road. October 7, 2013
Landside Shoulder Stabilization 2013 This project has two locations that are in close proximity to each other. The first location is in the DIA East Economy Parking Lot. This will be an extension of the 2012 project. Salient features include the construction of a big block retaining wall system, unclassified excavation and slope armoriing above the wall. These items will be installed between the parking lot and Pe?a Boulevard. The second location is North of the East Covered parking area adjacent to the East Terminal. Salient features include a big block retaining wall system, unclassified excavation, slope paving, HMA paving and striping. July 2013
Miscellaneous Roadway & Parking Lot Improvements 2014 Repair and Maintenance of IB and OB Pe?a Boulevard, surrounding service roads and Parking Lots. Annual pavement rehabilitation. The Rehabilitation of the East Economy Parking Lot will also be inlcuded in this contract. October 7, 2013

The retail locations include: 1) 1,908 square feet of contiguous space for the development and operation of a convenience retail/newsstand in the West Subcore of Concourse A, and; 2) 2,723 square feet of contiguous space for the development and operation of up to three specialty retail concepts in the Center Core of Concourse B.
